Phase I Technical Transformation Project of Tianshu Pharmaceutical Officially Enters Trial Production Stage

Recently, Hubei Tianshu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Tianshu Pharmaceutical) reached another important milestone in its development. The Phase I technical transformation project - "80 tons/year intelligent production project for Class 1.1 innovative drug Vicagrel and other high-end APIs and CDMO" - officially passed the re-inspection of trial production safety conditions conducted by safety experts organized by the Yicheng Emergency Management Bureau, marking the official entry of the project into the trial production stage.

To ensure the smooth progress of the project, Tianshu Pharmaceutical has done a lot of detailed preparation work in the early stage. The company conducted safety condition review and safety facility design review in strict accordance with the "Three Simultaneities" safety requirements. On the basis of completing the construction of production workshops, RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) and resin adsorption-desorption facilities, Tianshu Pharmaceutical also passed a series of strict tests and inspections, including "Three Inspections and Four Determinations", equipment and pipeline pressure testing and purging, automatic control system testing, as well as single equipment and joint commissioning.

　　In addition to the preparation of hardware facilities, Tianshu Pharmaceutical also attaches great importance to employee skills and safety training. The company has carried out targeted safety operation procedure training, post "Four-Knowledge Card" education, and accident emergency rescue drills to ensure that each employee can proficiently master safe operation skills and improve emergency response capabilities.

　　With the successful trial production of the Phase I technical transformation project, Tianshu Pharmaceutical's production capacity configuration has been optimized, the production line layout has become more reasonable, the level of safety automation has been further enhanced, and environmental protection facilities have been upgraded, laying a solid foundation for the company's sustainable development in the future.
