Safety Management

Tianshu Pharmaceutical has established EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) management systems, adhering to the guiding principle of "Safety First, Prevention Oriented, Comprehensive Governance" and committing to strengthening the main responsibility of enterprise safety production. The company implements the principles of "Dual Responsibilities for One Post" and "Those in Charge of Business Must Be in Charge of Safety"; every year, it organizes all levels to sign safety production target responsibility letters to ensure that safety production goals and indicators are refined layer by layer from senior management to front-line employees, and safety responsibilities are implemented level by level, so as to achieve full coverage of safety management and clear division of responsibilities. It further improves the process safety management system for risk identification and risk control, and standardizes the whole process of production projects; in terms of process safety management for projects, it follows the management strategy of risk identification, risk assessment, and risk control, insists on identifying hazards from the essence of the process, eliminating, replacing, and reducing the use of hazardous substances from the source, developing green and safe processes, and implementing strict project access management at various sites. In addition, production projects adhere to the closed-loop management of the entire production process.

Occupational Health

Tianshu Pharmaceutical actively implements various measures for a healthy enterprise. All operations involving occupational disease hazards are carried out under fume hoods or local exhaust ventilation facilities, and the airspeed of relevant equipment is regularly measured professionally to ensure its operation meets safety standards. Every year, it entrusts third-party qualified institutions to conduct occupational hazard testing for posts in R&D and production sites, and provides employees with comprehensive and appropriate personal protective equipment according to different operations and harmful factors. At the same time, it regularly organizes physical examinations for employees in positions with occupational disease risks, and establishes personal occupational health files for employees to maximize the protection of workers' physical and mental health and safety.

Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection

Guided by the environmental protection concept of "Source Design, Process Control, End-of-Pipe Treatment", Tianshu Pharmaceutical always puts green environmental protection and sustainable development first, adheres to clean production and scientific development, and effectively manages the environmental impact of wastewater, waste gas, waste, etc. In 2024, Tianshu Pharmaceutical's environmental credit score was 98 points, making it an environmental protection green label enterprise.
In addition to completing the "Three Simultaneities" acceptance work for environmental protection (i.e., environmental protection facilities must be designed, constructed, and put into operation simultaneously with the main project), Tianshu Pharmaceutical actively upgrades its equipment level, develops new green and low-carbon technologies, promotes the application of new processes and equipment, optimizes energy-using equipment, eliminates backward production capacity, uses resources rationally, implements recycling, introduces advanced three-waste (wastewater, waste gas, solid waste) treatment facilities and management concepts, so as to realize the company's scientific development strategy for environmental protection.

IP Protection System

Tianshu Pharmaceutical attaches great importance to intellectual property (IP) management, continuously improves IP management systems, and forms a "feasible, effective, systematic, accurate, and concise" IP management system. It continuously deepens IP protection work, respects others' IP while protecting its own, collaborates with stakeholders to severely crack down on IP infringement crimes, and continuously enhances employees' awareness of IP protection.

Business Ethics Management System

Tianshu Pharmaceutical continuously improves its business ethics management system covering issues such as employee professional ethics, anti-corruption, anti-fraud, and anti-monopoly; it strictly requires employees to abide by relevant regulations, explicitly prohibits any form of improper conduct such as bribery and corruption, abuse of power, and malpractice for personal gain, and severely deals with acts such as fraud, soliciting and accepting bribes, overstepping authority and violating regulations, dereliction of duty and slackness, leaking secrets, and illegal bidding and tendering.
